MAURON MUSY — nO-Ring® technology : Forget everything you know about water resistance

100% of the watches on the market, have rubber gaskets to make them watertight. These gaskets must be replaced every two or three years to ensure the watch remains water resistant. Unfortunately, nobody actually does these services and has them replaced, and the resulting water infiltrations are sometimes irreversible. Mauron Musy has overcome this problem and developed a gasket-free watertightness technology called nO-Ring®. How does it works? We have a chamber composed of two sapphires and a ring. The flatness of these surfaces is worked so precisely that the seal is achieved mechanically.
